| Mental Health - Lambeth | Yes - ’The Lambeth Single Point of Access (SPA) Referral Form' | Depends on the borough the patient lives in, in Lambeth all referrals are sent to the Living Well Network Hub. This is for issues such as possible psychosis, severe depression, personality disorders and ADHD/autism assessments (although they refer on for these and it can take a year or more). For urgent cases you can call and discuss the case with them. For less complicated cases, such as patients wanting a personality disorder diagnosis, they can actually refer themselves here via the website. | |
